Personalized Strength Training Program

This plan is built from the ground up specifically for you. Whether you’re aiming for strength gains, fat loss, or performance enhancement, the program will include detailed workout routines that progress as you do. Each phase of your training is crafted to push your limits while ensuring proper recovery for optimal muscle growth and endurance improvements.

Functional Training and Mobility

Your training program will not only focus on building strength but also on improving your functional fitness and mobility. Through a mix of resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and mobility work, you’ll increase flexibility, balance, and overall body coordination. This holistic approach ensures that you not only build muscle but also enhance how your body moves and performs in everyday activities.

Advanced Conditioning Techniques

Every two weeks, Anthony will assess your strength, endurance, and mobility to track progress. Adjustments will be made to your program as needed to ensure you continue making gains without plateauing. These assessments will ensure you’re always moving forward toward your goals.

Recovery and Injury Prevention

Training hard doesn’t mean training recklessly. Your program will also focus on recovery methods and injury prevention techniques, including stretching, mobility work, and active recovery days, to ensure your body stays in peak condition throughout the program.
